Beautiful surroundings

Fusion 8 is located at the heart of Akinon Resort and seats up to 65 guests, surrounded by light, modern and stylish Scandinavian inspired interior. It features a spacious outdoor terrace with room for an additional 50 guests, with a beautiful view of the park and outdoor pool.

Concept

The concept is based on a fusion of cuisine from around the world with a modern and exciting twist. Quality ingredients, exquisite tastes and beautiful presentation are key components of each dish. We use locally sourced produce whenever possible and all our meat are sourced from a hormone-free meat supplier. Our food is made from scratch with no added preservatives and to maintain a high quality we change the menu based on the season. The menu also caters for diners with intolerances, allergies and dietary restrictions like gluten, lactose/casein, low-carb and vegetarian. 

The team

Our kitchen team loves to combine different types of cuisine from around the world and apply their own twist. Presentation and taste are at the heart of any dish they present and your taste buds are in for an adventure when you try their cooking. Through flavourful and delicious dishes coupled with an ambient atmosphere and excellent service, they and the whole Fusion 8 team strive to deliver a dining experience unlike any on the Costa Blanca coast.

Groups

Fusion 8 caters to all groups and staying guests of Akinon Resort. For groups we can offer both breakfast only, half or full board and the menu can be catered to specific allergies, intolerances or diet restrictions.

Breakfast

For breakfast, we can offer an extensive and delicious daily breakfast buffet. Here you will find everything you need for a refreshed and energised start to the day. The breakfast is served at set times that are agreed upon prior to arrival when booking and can be customised to your group program

Lunch

The restaurant can cater to lunches of all sizes and flavours. Lunch is served as a set menu that is agreed upon prior to arrival.

Dinner

Fusion 8 offers both simple and elegant meals as well as more formal dining experiences with multiple courses. The menu is agreed upon prior to arrival and can be customised based on the needs and desires of the group. We can also arrange for a barbeque by the pool area or tapas and wine on the terrace if the weather matches the mood.
