We were 10 people from our nutrition therapist class in addition to the teacher and principal at our school that travelled to Akinon for our graduation ceremony. The food at Akinon deserves its own paragraph. There are no limitations to the creativity used to combine different spices and tastes, ensuring that every meal we were served were an exciting experience for our taste buds. The breakfast buffet consists of a wide array of different foods – smoothies, cereals, breakfast porridge made with cream, coconut bread, bread made of seeds, eggs and bacon. We were able to choose from cream, normal milk, almond milk and coconut cream for both our cereal and coffee. Akinon is in other words bursting with joy food
