These 5 night / 6 day Yoga & Fitness Holidays have been created to give a great big boost to your health, energy, fitness and overall well being. And the best bit? You don't have to be super fit to join them as our instructors are here to motivate you to find your boundaries .. not push you beyond them.

Your Experience will include:

 

Each morning

90 minute Pilates or Hatha yoga class to open your body & mind to the day

Fitness Activities

A variety of on & off-site activities to boost your cardio health & respiratory system; a guided hike in the mountains, accompanied bike ride in our beautiful countryside, high-intensity interval training (HiiT) classes, sessions that build bone & muscular strength using free weights, KO8 and your body weight. Plus time to use the onsite Gyms

Down Time

Relaxation is a very important part of feeling well & so each day there is time to laze by the pool, take a snooze, chat, read, enjoy guided meditations, visit the onsite infrared sauna or take a dip in the indoor pool

SPA therapies

Treat yourself to some much-needed pampering at our SPA treatment centre where you’ll find a great range of massages, facials, body treatments, manis & pedis

Eats

Whilst you’re busy burning calories we’ll ensure all your nutritional needs are catered for with our full board, 3 meals a day, super healthy menu that is predominantly plant-based but with locally caught fish being offered for those that would like it

Accommodations

5 nights in a spacious, superbly equipped Akinon guest suite for your sole use, unless you want to bring & share with a friend!

Conveniences

Door to door airport transfer service provided from/to Alicante airport between 11.00 to 13.00 on arrival day & arrive back at the airport for midday on the final day.
